How to Start?

This promotion (“Promotion”) is subject to the following terms and conditions and by participating in this Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1) The promoter of the Offer is Neowave Sdn Bhd (“webShaper”), having its principal place of business at 68-5-18, Jln 5/101C, Blok H, Cheras Business Centre, KM 8, Jln Cheras, 56100, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (the “Promoter”).
2) This Promotion begins at 00:00:01 Singapore Standard Time (“SST”) on 1 July 2010 and ends at 23:59:59 SST on 30 September 2010 ("Promotion Period"). PayPal will pay each qualifying entrant $100 USD per PayPal account.
To qualify for this Promotion, you must:
(i) be a customer of the Promoter located in Malaysia or Singapore, who has signed up for webShaper Stores.
(ii) have an existing or registered for a new PayPal Premier or Business Account during the Promotion Period, using a valid registration address located in Malaysia or Singapore, provided that an existing PayPal Premier or Business Account will only qualify for this Promotion provided you had not previously received any payments whatsoever, in such PayPal account;
(iii) ensure your PayPal Premier or Business Account remains in good standing through to 30 November 2010;
(iv) receive payments (excluding any reversals or other cancelled payments) of a total of at least $500 USD via your PayPal Premier or Business Account as set up per above during the Promotion Period.
3) The $100 USD will be paid into the your qualifying PayPal Premier or Business Account by 30 November 2010, or such other time as may be informed to you from time to time.
4) This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount and entrants acknowledge the nature and limitations of the internet and agree that neither the Promoter nor PayPal will be responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect entry to this Promotion. To the extent it is not prohibited by the applicable laws, the Promoter and PayPal shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any user resulting directly or indirectly in relation to this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time.
5) These terms and conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all aspects in accordance the laws of Malysia. and all participants hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
6) Any payment made under a webShaper Stores sign-up for this Offer period is NOT returnable, exchangeable nor refundable.
7) Use of webShaper Stores is subject to Merchant User Agreement and use of PayPal is subject to the PayPal User Agreement.
8) webShaper will not accept merchants that sell the following products:
-- Pornography & Adult Content (included any Adult subscription service and chat)
-- Firearms, Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Tasers, Air Guns
-- Liquor & Unapproved Drugs
-- Gambling Transactions
-- Replica and Name Brand "Knock Off" Products
-- Pre-Adult Content - Pictures, Videos, etc. of Individuals Under the Age of 18 Years
-- Time Sharing and Vacation Membership Card
-- Tele-sales / Telemarketing
-- Money Laundering
-- Pyramid Scheme Program
-- Any other illegal products NOT mentioned in the list above.
