Order Processing

Low Efficiency - You manually check email from time to time to see if there's any new order. If an order is received, you manually process all orders.

High Efficiency. Once new order is received, webShaper Stores instantly send an "Order Received Email" to your customer. If payment is made online via Secure Payment Gateways (eg. PayPal or iPay88), your customer will received an "Order Confirmation Email" telling them payment is received.

Level of Customer Service & Shopping Experience

Low. Your customer need to manually email you their order details (aka product, colors, sizes, quantities). If customer is lazy to write-in, they might go to your competitors with a much friendly online shopping experience which they can easily pay online with credit cards or online bank transfer.

High. Your customer will enjoy a streamlined, better shopping experience. With just a few clicks, they can select the products available in Colors / Sizes / Quantities in drop down menu and proceed to checkout to make payment to you right away. Did we mention that products are tied to inventory; so that customers won't be able to order something you don't have?

Trust Level & Security

Blogshop can be easily setup. The entry barrier is very low (so does the trust level). On top of that, without Secure Payment System (e.g. PayPal ), your customer may feel insecure and afraid seller will not deliver the products thus hesitate to buy.

Stock Control

You have to manually keep track of your inventory and price. For each new order, you need to minus the quantity manually. For each Sales promotion, you need to adjust the price manually too! What if there are multiple buyers for the last items ? It creates the problem for refund!

Your inventory quantity and price can be easily updated using Bulk Update in webShaper Stores. For each completed order, Stock quantity is deducted automatically and order email(s) are automatically sent out to your customer. Sales promotion e.g. Price Discount, Bulk Discount, Free Shipping can easily set in webShaper Stores' User-Friendly Interface.

Pricing & Promotion

To run promotion for all skirts. For blog, you probably need to update all the blogpost about the skirts and manually slash the pricing.

webShaper can allow you to run promotions by easily applying discount to the product list. Did we mention promotion can be updated using an Excel file too?

Sales conversion

70% of online purchase are done via Credit Cards and most Shoppers buy in impulse. If manual bank-in is required to complete the order, you're probably lose the sales or risk losing the sales while waiting for the payment for order placed.

With secure gateway e.g. PayPal, you can close the sales on webShaper stores itself). All your customers have to do is just enter their credit card details and go through a secure checkout process. Customers don't want to register? No problem, our newly added Guest Checkout allow them to checkout without the needs to create an account with you!

Better merchandizing

Not-so-friendly navigation and merchandizing, shopper have to scroll all the way down (a long list!) to find what they want to buy.

Better merchandizing, you can group your clothings in different categories/sub categories. Not to mention you can have different way to showcase: Shop by Price, Best Seller, New Arrival, Featured, Special Promo, etc. You could also group by themes. eg. Office Lady series, Sexy Series, Casual Series, etc

Customer Database

You have to manually update your customer database in excel sheet.

After every completed order, your customers details are automatically updated in the webShaper stores. Even if your customer did not complete the order (order placed but did not make payment), webShaper stores already captured their contact details, so you can follow up and close the sales.
